Are there deadlines for placing a food and beverage
order for an event?
At Levy Restaurants, we pride ourselves in using only the freshest ingredients
and our 2:00 pm deadline ensures that our Chefs can order and prepare the best
food for you and your guests to enjoy! Please reference your event calendar
for each deadline.

What if the pre-order deadline has passed? Can I still
order food?
Yes, you can still place an order from the day of event menu. Call your Guest
Relations Representative to learn more about your menu options.

Please be sure to list any and all food allergies for our culinary team in the
Chef’s Notes box in the ‘Review Your Order’ section and/or
contact your Guest Relations Representative for further questions.

How do I find healthier dining options for my suite?
e-Levy is equipped with a dynamic search tool located directly beneath 'Browse
the Menu'. There, you are able to search for all of our light, healthy, vegan
and vegetarian favorites.

How do I communicate any special requests or order an
item not on the menu?
Should you prefer any food or beverage items that are not included on the e-Levy
menu, please contact your Guest Relations Representative and we will do our
best to fulfill all your request.

How do I order the Dessert Cart for my suite?
You do not need to order place an order for our Signature Dessert Cart. The
Dessert Cart will visit your suite 30-60 minutes after the start of the event
to satisfy all your sweet teeth. If you would like to request the dessert cart or a specific time for the cart to stop by you can add this in the Additional Notes box in the 'Review Your Order' section.

Can I get a personalized cake in my suite?
We can provide personalized, decorated layer-cakes for your next celebration-
birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, etc. Let us know the details about what
type of cake, filling, frosting, decoration and message you would like along
with the delivery time in the Additional Notes box in the Review Your Order
section. We would appreciate a notice of three business days for this service.

What do I do if I find an error in my Order Confirmation?
Please call or email your Guest Relations Representative and they will correct
your order as soon as possible.

What if I need to change my online order?
Once submitted, an order can not be changed via e-Levy. You can though, make
a change or add to your existing menu through your Guest Relations Representative or by cancelling the order on e-levy prior to the order deadline and starting a new order.

Can I cancel on order on online? How?
Yes, you can cancel an order on e-Levy as long as it is before the order deadline
which is listed on the event calendar. After the deadline, you must contact
your Guest Relations Representative. No charges will be assessed if your order
is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of the event.

All food and beverage orders are charged on the day of the event.

e-levy.com is secured using SSL certificates which means all your data is encrypted
during transmission to our servers.

Can I purchase a Levy Restaurants' gift card or gift
certificate?
Absolutely, you can purchase gift cards at LevyRestaurants.com. Levy Restaurants’
gift cards are redeemable at all of our restaurants in Chicago, Orlando and
Utah.

products?
We are committed to making a difference and, together with you, proudly use
environmentally friendly plates and flatware in the suites.

Can I remove beverages from my suite?
Suite holders are not permitted to take cans, bottles, or glasses outside the
suite area. Drinks taken into the suite hallway must be poured into disposable
cups. Please note, no drinks may leave the suite level.

Please note that all food and beverage items are subject to a service charge plus applicable sales tax. This service charge is not a tip or gratuity and is not distributed to service employees. Additional payment for tips or gratuity for service, if any, is voluntary and at your discretion.
